04Orders & Acceptance
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect a violation of these Terms, the RUO conditions, or applicable law. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance and dispatch of your order.
05Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy; in the event of an obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order. Payment must be received and cleared before an order is dispatched. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

06Shipping & Title
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address.
